The following constitute for process flow for Claims management
- Informant/Claimant
- Come or Send a fully completed & signed claim form, with certified copy & Bank Statement.
- Everest Funerals Checks on Policy Number & payment history
- Claim Rejection Due to Policy Lapse
- Everest Calculates policy cover claim amount in agreement with claimant
- Claimant Details checking & verification
- Claimant/Informant fails to qualify for a claim (Claimant should be the next of kin to the deceased & should produce proof of such or identification documents
- Claim Submitted for authorisation & approval to Everest Management
- Claim Payment is processed direct to beneficiary within 48hours
